Today been to Pebble garden for my first day volunteering work and also it is my first time in the AV farm. In the first day till 10 am we made couple of vegetable beds with Mr. Bernard and other 3 young women volunteers but not seeding yet, probably by this week or next week. After 10 am we had our tea break, I was expected either tea or juice but served hot ragi pourage to everyone with some jaggry. I was surprised and happy to have such wonderful and healthy tea break. After tea break we have shifted compost into barrel from the ground because monsoon will start at any time and will be washed away with rain water. The first day went very well with fun and joy. Looking forward to work on Friday morning since Mr. Bernard have some other work on Thursday.
